A | 8月25日，据上海市交通部门消息，上海市出租汽车暨汽车租赁行业协会网约车分会组织全市17家网约车承运平台企业，共同签署发布《上海市网络预约出租汽车行业自律公约（2026版）》，规范网约车市场经营秩序，同时，切实维护驾驶员和乘客合法权益，全面提升行业安全服务水平。据介绍，当前上海正深入开展网约车行业清网行动，围绕运力管控、价格监管、数据治理三大主线开展专项整治，着力破解不合规运力运营、运价抽成不透明、数据报送不规范等行业突出问题。新版公约聚焦行业痛点，重点围绕人车资质全周期管控、运价抽成规范透明、营运数据精准报送三大核心内容，明确行业经营自律红线。严守人车资质合规关口。公约要求各平台严格落实人车双证核验准入机制，严禁向无资质车辆、驾驶员提供注册及派单服务。
